Around here we changed it to...What came first, the turkey or the egg? And the answer is easily answered, it was the turkey. Yesterday the littlest nephew came flying through the door telling me I had to see this egg. He said he saw the gray turkey by the greenhouse and this was laying there....

But if you get a Tom, watch those wattles. As long as they are red, he should be fine. But if you notice them turning white, run! He is angry!! We learned that the hard way, and they kick pretty hard. :)
